Dates & Location

Bay to Bay's Spring Strength & Conditioning runs once-a-week on Saturdays and works around the indoor competition schedule. Register for only the sessions you can/want to attend or register for all sessions and save! All sessions take place at Harker Blackford in the Strength room located in the Main Gym.

Each training session will last 1-hour and takes place either immediately before our Youth Clinics and indoor team practices.

  • Strength Group #1 -- 8:45 am - 9:45 am (takes place before Youth Clinics)

  • Strength Group #2 -- 10:45 am - 11:45 am (takes place before team practices)

  • Players can swap between these two sessions depending on their schedule for the weekend

 

This schedule helps players maximize their time while training on weekends and minimizes the logistics.

Strength Groups

Players from specific age ranges are grouped together into Strength Groups. This allows for players to be surrounded by other athletes of a similar age and strength profile. The group sessions are scheduled around these age groups indoor practice schedules so that there is no conflict with your team practices.

Lead Strength Coach

Karriem Stinson (i.e. Coach K), is a devoted coach who put his students and athletes first. Karriem is an assistant athletic director at the Harker Middle School, wrestling coach for both the middle school and the high school program, and the lead Strength & Conditioning coach for Harker and Stingray Volleyball.

Coach K holds a number of certifications including NCSF, NASM and TRX. His enthusiasm for helping athletes build functional strength and conditioning is only overshadowed by his desire to impact his athletes lives in a positive and meaningful way. In Coach K's words, “My philosophy when it comes to strength training is to challenge yourself every day. We try and teach life lessons so they can utilize the skills later in college and in their adult life.”

Strength & Conditioning Dues

Strength & Conditioning dues will be $45/session if registering a-la-carte or $400 for the entire Spring season (also includes a Strength & Conditioning shirt if registered for all sessions). Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis, your spot in the program is only reserved after payment has been confirmed.
