Training Group Format
During the tryout process, players are assigned a "Training Group" for the season. Training Groups are designed to group players of similar age and skill level together for training and competition purposes.
This allows players to train with and against a numerous athletes within their age range without the need for a designated partner.
Beach Club FAQ's
Do I need a partner?
No! We group players into competition groups based upon age and skill level. This ensures that players are appropriately challenged throughout the course of the season.
What is the cost? Beach Club dues are $825 for the entire Spring season (February - May). This covers all court time, coaching, and a full uniform package.
What is the schedule?
Beach Club trains on Sunday mornings in two waves:

14 & younger goes from 8:00 - 10:00 am

15 & older goes from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Are there tournaments?
Yes! The final session of the Beach Club season is always an in-house King of the Beach tournament. Players that are selected for Beach Club do not need to register for this tournament separately.
Beach Benefits
Beach volleyball is the best cross-training tool for indoor players. Unlike indoors, there are only two players on a team. This maximizes the contacts for each person since both players will have to pass, set, hit, block, and play defense in every single rally.
The amount of volleyball repetitions, coupled with the low impact cardio and resistance training of playing in the sand creates an ideal environment for training!
