Coaching Positions: For coaches, age groups can vary from 12's through 18's. Additionally, we look for coaches for our year round clinic series and Youth League program. Fall season hiring decisions are typically complete on or before August 1st, Summer season hiring decisions are typically complete on or before May 1st. We look for enthusiastic people who are committed to excellence and interested in both teaching and learning. Previous playing and/or coaching experience is preferred. Coaches must also pass a background check and become, at a minimum, IMPACT certified by USA Volleyball (both provided by Bay to Bay). A wide-range of additional coach education opportunities will be provided by Bay to Bay.

Creative Intern: Responsible for producing engaging content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Collaborating with our Directors, you'll brainstorm ideas, conduct research, and craft compelling content that aligns with our brand goals. Your role involves writing, recording, editing, and optimizing content for social media and general story telling.

 

Director of Operations Intern: Bay to Bay offers a 2 month internship program that provides college students real world experience in the fulfilling field of sport management. Interns must currently be attending a university, college, or junior college. Previous experience in volleyball is preferred, but not required.
