Middle School Small Group Sessions
During Small Groups athletes can expect a technical approach to training where the skills are broken down and then reinforced through high repetition drills and hands on coaching. We have three 3 groups: - Pin Hitters -Setters -Middle Blockers Groups are limited to no more than 12 players.
