NCVA just released the seeds and schedule of play for this weekends Bid tournament in San Mateo. You can find the online schedule of play for all divisions, here. Check out the run down for each Bay to Bay team below.
As a reminder, parents and spectators must purchase an entry wristband for this event. You can pre-purchase your wristband online here. Players do not need to purchase a wristband, they will be given passes by their coaches.
13 No Dinx Division (13-2 and 12-1)
The 13-2's enter as the #3 seed overall
The 12-1's enter as the #2 seed
Note: The 13-2's and 12-1's will be playing in a 6 team round robin tournament which will determine the seeding of each team. From there, the top 2 teams at the conclusion of the round robin will playoff in a 1 vs. 2 matchup to determine the tournament winner.
14 Open Division (14-1, 14-2, 14-Club and 13-1)
15-Open Division (15-1, 15-2 and 15-Club)
16-Open Division (16-1 and 16-2)
Bay to Bay 16-1's enter as the #1 overall seed
Bay to Bay 16-2's enter as the #5 overall seed
Note: The 16's division will consist of one pool on Saturday and one pool on Sunday. The top-2 from Saturdays pool advance to the top pool of 4 on Sunday. The winner of Sundays pool earns the 1 allotted Open bid.
17-Open Division (17-1's)
Bay to Bay 17-1's enter the tournament as the #2 overall seed
The 17-Open division has 1 bid allotted, and 6 teams entered. The 17-1's will play a round robin to determine the seeding of each team. From there, the top 2 teams at the conclusion of the round robin will playoff in a 1 vs. 2 matchup to determine the tournament winner and Open bid.
17-USA Division (17-2)
Bay to Bay 17-2's enter the tournament as the #8 seed in the USA division
There are 16 teams competing in the 17-USA division, and there is an allotted 3 USA bids.
18-Open Division (18-2 and 18-2)
Bay to Bay 18-1's enter the tournament as the #2 overall seed
Bay to Bay 18-2's enter the tournament as the #6 overall seed
The 18's division will consist of one pool on Saturday and one pool on Sunday. The top-2 from Saturdays pool advance to the top pool of 4 on Sunday. The winner of Sundays pool earns the 1 allotted Open bid.
